Advice from my mentor.
First job is learning. Second job is about to raise youself up and make money. Don't change jobs too often.
No need to be polite to everyone, ONLY accept those tasks can earn you credits.
Don't be a nice lady(even though I am), at work, there's no real friendship, doesn't mean you have to be "mean" or an assshole. You don't have to like everyone or expect everyone likes you. And in gerneral you don't have to dislike anyone.
It's work that's all!
Performance that only matters. It called meritocracy in western society.
Hide you weakness, show your capability, be aggressive. Believe that you can do more and more capable than you peers.
And the last thing, BUY A DEPARTMENT AS SOON AS YOU CAN!!!
